By requesting services from ITspot, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to provide an accurate and honest description of their Device’s condition, including any prior repairs or attempted fixes. If discrepancies arise between the information provided and the actual condition of the Device, we will notify you, additional charges may apply. We will make every reasonable effort to carry out repairs, subject to the availability of necessary parts.
Third-Party Repair Acknowledgment
ITspot is an independent repair service provider and is not affiliated with Apple, Samsung, or any other manufacturer. Please be aware that choosing third-party repair services may void your manufacturer’s warranty. However, all parts and services provided by ITspot are covered under our own warranty terms.
Data Backup and Liability
While we take care in handling your Device, ITspot is not responsible for any data loss or software corruption. Backing up data before repair is solely your responsibility, and we highly recommend doing so on an external device or personal computer before proceeding with service.
Repair Turnaround Times
Repair times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Some services may require additional time depending on the complexity of the repair. Expedited services are provided at no extra cost; however, we do not offer discounts for faster service.
Device Access and Passcodes
To effectively diagnose and test your Device before and after repair, we require access to its passcode. If you choose not to provide this, repairs may be delayed or limited in scope. ITspot cannot be held liable for incomplete repairs or testing if a passcode is not provided.
Uncollected Devices
Devices left unclaimed for more than 90 days after service completion will be considered abandoned and may be recycled or disposed of.
Water Damage Repairs
Due to the unpredictable nature of liquid damage, we cannot guarantee the outcome of water-damaged repairs. Opening the Device may cause further complications, and issues may arise post-repair. Additional repairs may be necessary and could incur extra charges.
Component-Level Repairs
Repairs involving component-level work, such as logic board repairs, carry an inherent risk. ITspot is not responsible for any additional damage that may result from such services.
Limitation of Liability
In the event of accidental damage or loss while your Device is in our care, ITspot’s liability is limited to the cost of repair or replacement at the fair market value at the time of service. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to, data loss, software issues, or lost revenue. Claims must be submitted in writing within 90 days of the issue arising.
Privacy and Data Use
Your personal information, including contact details, is collected solely for service communication and follow-up. Occasionally, we may send you updates about our services via email or SMS. By using our services, you consent to this use of your information. To opt-out, contact us at info@itspot.ie.

All information on our website is provided for general reference and may be updated without notice. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or reliability of any content. ITspot disclaims liability for any errors or omissions to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Warranty Policy
(12-Month Warranty – General Repairs)
All repaired or replaced parts including screens, LCDs, and components for laptops, phones, and tablets are covered for 12 months from the date of service.
(6-Months Service Warranty)
Service related issues that recur within 30 days, and are identical to the original issue, may be eligible for warranty service.
Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
• Water Damage Repairs: Due to potential delayed failure, these are only covered for 30 days.
• Physical Damage: Subsequent accidental damage post-repair is not covered.
• Tampering: If a Device shows signs of unauthorized tampering, or if seals are broken post-repair, the warranty is void.
• Non-Covered Issues: Software-related issues, virus infections, or data loss are not covered.
Making a Warranty Claim
Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer and Device. Claims must be supported by your original receipt and submitted at one of our service location for evaluation by our technicians.
